• “Platform” means NariHaat.com and all related services operated by NariHaat Retails Private Limited.
• “Vendor/Seller” means any registered individual or business that lists and sells physical products through the platform.
• “Buyer/Customer” means any user purchasing products via NariHaat.

• Users must be 18 years or older to register, buy, or sell on NariHaat.
• By registering, you confirm that all personal and business information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

• NariHaat acts as the primary merchant of record, facilitating secure transactions between independent vendors and buyers.
• We oversee vendor compliance, manage customer support, and guarantee secure delivery and refunds for the buyer.

• Vendors must provide accurate product details, authentic images, and fair pricing.
• Vendors are responsible for stock availability, timely dispatch, and legal compliance (GST, manufacturing licenses, etc.).
• Vendors strictly agree not to sell restricted, counterfeit, or illegal products.
• Vendors must comply with NariHaat's global refund and dispute policies.

• Buyers must provide accurate shipping and contact details at checkout.
• By placing an order, buyers agree to pay the total amount including product price, delivery charges, and applicable taxes.
• Buyers must not misuse the platform (e.g., fraudulent orders, fake reviews).

• Payments are processed via secure, PCI-DSS certified third-party gateways.
• NariHaat securely holds funds in escrow until the order is successfully completed.
• Vendors receive payouts after the deduction of platform commissions and fees.

All returns and refunds are governed strictly by the NariHaat Return Policy. While NariHaat processes the refund to the buyer to guarantee a safe shopping experience, the vendor is ultimately financially liable for product defects or fulfillment errors.

NariHaat charges vendors a predefined commission on each successful transaction. Additional optional fees may apply for advertising, promotional boosts, or premium vendor subscriptions.

All content, branding, and design of the platform are owned by NariHaat Retails Private Limited. Vendors retain ownership of their unique product data but grant the platform non-exclusive rights for marketing display.

NariHaat guarantees a secure transaction for the buyer. However, Vendors agree to indemnify and hold NariHaat harmless against any legal claims, losses, or damages arising directly from the Vendor's product defects, negligence, or misconduct.

• Posting false or misleading product claims.
• Selling prohibited, unsafe, or illegal goods.
• Using bots, scrapers, or malicious hacking tools.
• Violating third-party intellectual property or copyrights.

NariHaat may suspend or permanently terminate any buyer or vendor account for violations of these Terms. Vendors with pending dues or active orders must settle all obligations before termination is finalized.

• Buyer-Vendor product disputes are mediated and resolved directly by NariHaat support.
• Any legal jurisdiction for disputes involving NariHaat Retails Private Limited lies exclusively with the courts in Rohtak, Haryana, India.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data in compliance with all relevant laws.

NariHaat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any updates indicates your full acceptance of the revised Terms.
