At NariHaat.com, we are committed to ensuring that your products and services are delivered on time and in good condition. Since we operate as a multi-vendor marketplace, each vendor manages their own shipping and delivery, while NariHaat facilitates tracking and customer support.

1. Shipping Responsibility

  • • Products listed on NariHaat.com are sold and fulfilled directly by individual vendors/sellers.
  • • Each vendor is responsible for packing, dispatching, and delivering their own products.
  • • NariHaat may support vendors with logistics partners for faster and reliable delivery.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • → Vendor’s location
  • → Buyer’s delivery address
  • → Courier partner availability

Typical delivery timelines:

  • • Local Deliveries: 2–5 business days
  • • Within State: 3–7 business days
  • • National Deliveries: 5–10 business days

Estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout and in the order confirmation email.

3. Shipping Charges

  • • Shipping charges (if any) are set by the vendor and displayed at checkout.
  • • Some vendors may offer free shipping or minimum order value discounts.
  • • Service bookings (beauty parlours, hotels, doctors, etc.) do not carry shipping charges.

4. Order Tracking

  • • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID/link via email, SMS, or in their NariHaat account dashboard.
  • • Tracking may depend on the vendor’s courier service.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • • Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • • If the order is not accepted, it may be returned to the vendor, and shipping charges may be non-refundable.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

While vendors and courier partners strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • → Strikes, lockdowns, or natural calamities
  • → Courier partner issues
  • → Festivals or high-demand seasons

NariHaat will assist in resolving delays but cannot be held liable for situations beyond control.

7. International Shipping

  • • Currently, NariHaat vendors may or may not support international shipping.
  • • If available, additional charges, customs duties, and import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Non-Delivery Issues

  • • If your order is not delivered within the promised timeline, please contact our support team.
  • • We will coordinate with the vendor and courier partner to resolve the issue.
