At NariHaat.com, we are committed to providing a smooth, trustworthy, and secure shopping experience. We stand behind every order placed on our platform, ensuring you get exactly what you paid for.

The NariHaat Guarantee

Even though products are shipped by independent sellers, NariHaat takes full responsibility for your purchase. If a vendor fails to resolve an issue, NariHaat steps in directly to process your return and guarantee your refund.

1 General Guidelines
  • Customers are requested to carefully review product details and descriptions before purchase.
  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories such as cosmetics, innerwear, perishable food items, and personalized/custom-made goods cannot be returned unless delivered damaged.
2 Return Policy for Products

Physical retail products are eligible for a free return or replacement if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The package is missing parts or accessories.

Return Conditions: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all tags, packaging, and the original invoice intact.

3 Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation by Customer: You can cancel your order easily via your account dashboard before the item has been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return upon delivery.
  • Cancellation by Platform: NariHaat or the vendor may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment verification issues, or suspected fraud. In these rare cases, a full refund is issued immediately.
4 Refund Processing & Timelines

Refunds are initiated immediately after the returned product is received and inspected at the fulfillment center.

  • Prepaid Orders (Credit Card/UPI): Refunds are processed directly back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • COD Orders (Cash on Delivery): Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI within 7–10 business days after you provide your details.

Refunds will be rejected if:

  • The customer provides incorrect banking details.
  • The product was damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.
5 Dispute Resolution
  • If you face any issues communicating with a vendor regarding a return, NariHaat’s support team will intervene to ensure a fair and swift resolution.
  • Final decisions will be based on factual evidence (e.g., unboxing videos, photos, and shipping weight data) provided by both the buyer and seller.
