Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days across India.

You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS as soon as your package leaves our facility.

While delays are rare, they can occur due to courier logistics or bad weather. Check your tracking link for live updates.

If there is no movement for several days, please email us at connect@narihaat.com. NariHaat takes full responsibility for your delivery and will coordinate directly with our courier partners to resolve the issue quickly.

This status means your order is confirmed and is currently being packed by our partnered seller. Once it is handed over to the courier, the status will update to "Shipped," and tracking details will be provided.

Ordering & Payment

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets through our secure payment gateways. All transactions are 100% encrypted and safe.

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Simply log in to your NariHaat account, go to "My Orders," and select cancel.

Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. If you need urgent help, email us immediately.

Don’t worry. This is usually a temporary network issue with your bank. If an order wasn't generated, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Returns & Refunds

We've got you covered. Email us at connect@narihaat.com within 7 days of delivery. Please attach clear photos of the product and packaging.

NariHaat will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Once we receive your returned item, our team inspects it within 2–3 business days. After approval, the refund is processed directly to your original payment method and will reflect in your account within 5–7 business days.

Because we host multiple sellers, items from different vendors may ship in separate packages. Please check your tracking details to see if a second package is on the way.

If the item is genuinely missing, contact our support team and we will verify and dispatch the missing product promptly.
