Even though products are fulfilled by independent sellers, NariHaat takes full responsibility for your delivery. If a package is lost, damaged in transit, or delayed significantly, our platform guarantees a resolution or full refund.

All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched by our vendors within a strict handling window.

Once dispatched, standard delivery times vary slightly based on your destination pin code.

- As soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center, you will receive a Tracking ID via Email and SMS.
- You can track your package live directly through your NariHaat account dashboard or via our courier partner's tracking portal.
- Our courier partners will usually attempt to deliver your package 2 to 3 times.
- If the customer is unavailable after multiple attempts or the delivery address is incorrect, the order will be returned to the vendor.
- In the event of an undeliverable return, the original shipping charge may be non-refundable.
- While we strive for perfect on-time delivery, rare delays can occur due to weather conditions, lockdowns, or peak festival seasons.
- If your order is not delivered within 9 business days, please contact our support team immediately. We will coordinate directly with the courier to locate your package.
