• • “Services” include product sales and service bookings such as beauty parlours, hotel rooms, doctor consultations, etc.

2. Eligibility

• • Users must be 18 years or older to register, buy, or sell on NariHaat.
• • By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Role of NariHaat

• • NariHaat acts as a facilitator between vendors and buyers.
• • We are not the owner of vendor products or services. Vendors are responsible for quality, authenticity, and delivery.
• • NariHaat may charge commissions or service fees on sales and bookings.

4. Vendor Terms

• • Vendors must provide accurate product/service details, images, and prices.
• • Vendors are responsible for stock availability, timely delivery, and legal compliance (GST, licenses, etc.).
• • Vendors agree not to sell restricted or illegal products/services (e.g., counterfeit items, banned substances).
• • Vendors grant NariHaat a non-exclusive license to display their products/services for marketing and promotions.
• • Vendors must comply with refunds, replacements, and dispute resolution policies.

5. Buyer/Customer Terms

• • Buyers must provide accurate shipping and contact details.
• • By placing an order, buyers agree to pay the total amount including product/service price, delivery charges, and applicable taxes.
• • Cancellations and refunds are subject to vendor policies and platform rules.
• • Buyers must not misuse the platform (fraudulent orders, fake reviews, etc.).

6. Payments

• • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
• • For product sales, NariHaat may hold funds in escrow until the order is completed.
• • Vendors will receive payouts after deduction of platform commission and payment gateway fees.

7. Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by vendor-specific policies displayed on product/service pages. NariHaat facilitates the process but is not directly liable for vendor obligations.

8. Commissions & Fees

NariHaat charges vendors a commission on each successful transaction. Additional fees may apply for advertising, promotional boosts, or premium vendor plans.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design of NariHaat are owned by NariHaat Retails Private Limited. Vendors retain ownership of their products/services but grant the platform rights for display and marketing.

10. Limitation of Liability

NariHaat is not responsible for product/service defects, delays, or disputes between vendors and buyers. NariHaat is not liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from vendor or buyer misconduct.

11. Prohibited Activities

• • Post false or misleading content.
• • Sell prohibited or illegal goods.
• • Use bots, scrapers, or hacking tools.
• • Violate intellectual property rights.

12. Termination of Accounts

• • NariHaat may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
• • Vendors with pending dues must settle before termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

• • Buyer-Vendor disputes should first be resolved mutually.
• • If unresolved, NariHaat may step in as a mediator.
• • Jurisdiction lies with courts in Rohtak, Haryana, India.

14. Privacy Policy

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

15. Changes to Terms

NariHaat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
